Haven Empowerment Team continued their support for the beneficiary school recently. The team went on to donate many more school items to the pupils of the school, inclusive of uniforms, sandals, etc.
Update – Phase One Support for St. Paul’s School Lapoyo
Following our keen interest in the needs of this school – St. Paul’s School, Lapoyo – the Haven Empowerment Team proceeded to kick off the significant task ahead by donating much-needed school items as a first phase of the empowerment project.
HEMIN Comes to Aid of Unemployed Mother – School Fees Paid
Haven Empowerment Initiative once again swept in to assist an urgent case of a mother with two children who were on the verge of being sent away from school for non-payment of school fees. We just couldn’t bear not acting once the case came to our attention.
Update – Web and Software Development Training Sponsorship
Subsequent to our promotion to sponsor selected individuals on the web development training held in July 2017, two individuals – Olurotimi Deborah and Oloruntola Yetunde – emerged as the eventual beneficiaries of this empowerment initiative.

As part of our organisation’s effort to continue to empower people, we are willing to sponsor two interested beneficiaries on a career kick-start training focused on web and software development (see image for details) holding between July and August in Lagos, Nigeria.
Visit to Hearts of Gold Children’s Hospice
Just after Christmas of 2015, the team decided to pay a philantropic visit to Hearts of Gold Children’s Hospice, located in Surulere area of Lagos. We stocked our car boots with loads of supplies, as much as we could get on the day, and proceeded to the Home. It was an enlightening, soul-touching, but fulfilling visit.
